In this 2 days instructor-led course you will learn the features of Metadata Manager 8.x. This course covers security, browsing the metadata catalog, examining the properties of metadata objects, annotating metadata, searching the catalog, where-used & lineage reports. It also covers loading metadata repositories from a variety of source applications.

This course is intended for users who will run metadata reports & IT professionals who will administer the product & run the backend loads.
Prerequisites:
an understanding of metadata concepts and experience using the PowerCenter Workflow Monitor is recommended. Some experience with PowerCenter domain administration is also recommended for those who will be configuring security.
